Te Ahurei a Rangatahi translates to “the gathering of youth”, and it is this fundamental event that forms the basis of the work we do with young people, their whanau and their community.

The services we offer are:
Peer Health Education Programmes, Rangatahi Advocacy, Rangatahi Events, Rangatahi & Whanau Counselling, Rangatahi Mentoring, Rangatahi Support Groups, Rangatahi Waananga, Rangatahi Leadership Development ,Community Action Initiatives,
Rangatahi Sector Collaboratives

A big emphasis is placed on both the development and fostering of leadership qualities within the Rangatahi that access our services.

Our organisation is kaupapa Maaori driven, values tikanga, and cultural identity as foundations of empowerment for rangatahi and their whaanau.

Our services are inclusive of all young people, regardless of ethnic origin and the majority are free of charge.

Our geographical area is Hamilton and outlying areas.
